MASTER PLAN

A master business and manufacturing park was built just south of Jerseyville, a city near Saint Louis Missouri. The Purlieu Masterplan provided several different home styles from single family to urban apartments. As a transient oriented development, several means of transportation through the community and out of the property are available to reduce the need for cars. The site was proposed to be a partially self-sustaining community with the necessary schools, jobs and other community needed establishments. Solar and wind energy capturing devices are provided throughout the site.
